Known for their corrosion resistance and high performance, heavy-duty electromechanical feeders are used to increase the bulk handling productivity with controlled high feed rates which further results in improvement of cost-per-ton handling efficiency. These feeders include electromagnetic or electromechanical vibratory feeders. They are ruggedly constructed to minimize the maintenance and improve the production efficiency. All our feeders need separate controllers and have very dependable, flexible solid-state control. The feed rates are adjustable and the response is prompt.


Electromagnetic Feeders: We offer heavy-duty electromagnetic feeders that are used for increasing bulk handling productivity along with controlling high feed rates that improve cost-per-ton handling competence. Electromagnetic Feeders are ruggedly constructed so as to ensure less maintenance and better production efficiency.

We offer a range of vibratory feeders that are available in numerous models with capacities ranging from 10 to 500 tons per hour, based on dry sand weighing 50 kgs per cubic foot. The capacities vary drastically and depend on:

EMF: Electromagnetic Feeders demand less maintenance due to absence of mechanical parts to wear out such as cams, eccentrics, belts and bearings.
This further eliminates the need of lubrication. All movement is confined to the heavy-duty leaf springs. Electrical components, such as the coil provide years of effective service under normal operating conditions. Dust-tight drive units are a standard attachment on all the models. Dependable and flexible controls offer easy adjustable feed rates with immediate response. Moreover, different controls with special control arrangements are also available with us.

These are ruggedly constructed to minimize the maintenance and improve the production efficiency.

EMF feeders are offered in various models with different capacities ranging from 10 to 500 tons per hour, based on dry sand weighing 100 pounds per cubic foot. These capacities depend on:

  • Trough width
  • Hopper transitions
  • Skirt board arrangement

All our feeders need separate controllers and have very dependable, flexible solid-state control. The feed rates are adjustable and the response is prompt. Control devices can also be provided for integration in systems using external signals from automatic sensing devices in instruments.

Special control arrangements can also be provided to select and sequence a group of feeders. It also includes variable frequency controls for RF and MF feeders which provide linear feed rate and are offered for either local or remote control operation. All the control components are enclosed in a sturdy wall-mounted enclosure and are available in general purpose, dust-tight, watertight or explosion-proof construction.
